HFNANO (Hollow Fiber Nanofiltration) is developed to retain Natural Organic Matter (NOM) without use of coagulation. With only minimal retention of hardness ions such as calcium and magnesium, this package is ideal for drinking water production from surface waters. CRP also removes color and organics from industrial (textile) wastewater.
The high permeability of the CRP membranes and the excellent cleanability allow for very low energy consumption.
Vertically positioned X-Flow HFW1000 nanofiltration membrane modules are the core of CRP. The fiber is specifically designed to remove organics from surface water, and combines high chemical resistance with the organics retention of spiral-wound nanofiltration. The membranes are operated inside-out, do not require pretreatment other than a 300 micron safety screen, and can be directly fed with raw surface water.
Color Removal Package uniquely removes color and organics from drinking water and wastewater and can be used in both municipal and industrial operations. With carefully selected partners, Pentair develops innovative and ready-to-use membrane installations that meet both regulatory and financial KPI’s. The Pentair scope consists of the modular skid concept, X-Flow hydrophillic membranes, engineering, commissioning and process optimization.
As one of the world’s foremost membrane technology knowledge centers, we share our scientific know-how and practical experience with our partners to make the difference in challenging filtration projects. Our services during start-up and commissioning to ensure flawless color removal are unique in the market and will help to meet or exceed all expectations.
Color Removal Package is a chlorine-tolerant backwashable nanofiltration system used for the production of process and potable water. Typical applications are the filtration of surface water and groundwater, potable water and WWTP effluent to remove color components (typically humic or fulvic acids), with minimal salt retention.
As part of its separation into a new pure play water company, a new Pentair website has launched. Please visit the new Pentair.com to learn more about our exciting new company and your favorite brands!
